Core Values

In today's Ghana, women are often rewarded for having strong personalities. Driven, demanding women achieve higher positions, better salaries, and praise for their ambition. They learn to be confident and able leaders who can handle anything on their own. Yet, when it comes to their relationships, the story can be different. After all, no one goes into marriage/relationship hoping for a promotion. This and many other challenges facing the contemporary woman therefore necessitated the birth of the Executive Purposeful Ladies Ministry (EPLM).

The Executive Purposeful Ladies Ministry (EPLM) is a non-denominational network for executive ladies to connect, fellowship and share experiences that will equip them to prosper, thrive and reach their full potential in Christ. Teamwork, transparency, excellence and professionalism mark us out as a ministry.

Since its inception four years ago, programs and activities of EPLM have been targeted at promoting a peaceful and happy family life, women submissiveness and their spirituality even when they have attained higher level in life, equipping women to live their full potential in Christ as well as supporting the less privileged in society.

The benefits of joining EPLM are numerous. EPLM has opened the eyes of many to changes needed to make in life. These include laying down your desire for control and offering genuine, unconditional respect and love to your partner; being transformed into the godly woman God desires you to be; learning how to balance your different roles as a career woman, wife, mother, a leader and a minister among others. This ministry has greatly helped in bringing out the potential and the genius in many.
