Hajeira Mina Lassey

President & Founder

Mina Lassey has extensive experience in Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). She has over 15 years’ experience providing technical and programmatic oversight to USAID, BMGF, RUAF Foundation and Private Sector funded programs in Africa. She has demonstrated success in leading teams through full-cycle program activities with accountability and dedication to established goals by using thoughtful knowledge capturing assessments, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, broad capacity building and cultivating partnerships. Mina also has over 10 years’ experience in Ministry, with a passion for women and youth. She is an entrepreneur, a conference speaker and the President and founder of the Executive Purposeful Ladies Ministry. A non-denominational ministry that builds capacity of women and youth to achieve their potential in Christ. Mina holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Agribusiness from the University of Ghana Legon; Master of Arts in Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary in Accra, Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Renewable Natural Resource Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, certificates in Agribusiness Projects Management from (GIMPA), Data Management and Analysis from the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), and a certificate in Advanced Technologies in waste management and sanitation from INWENT, Germany. Mina is currently the Country Director for the West Africa Farmer-to-Farmer Program of WINROCK International. She is married to Allan Lassey and their union is blessed with three daughters: Chantelle, Channelle and Michelle Lassey
